I'm running Logic Pro X On both of them, I can't seem to find the speech enhancers, denoiser or groove shifter plugins - I think they're supposed to be under the "Specialized" menu, ohw all that's there is Exciter and SubBass. I may be missing other plugins as well.

Not really jse I suspect so though however, given they are in the legacy d and 'hidden' away. It may be, there will be future replacements for the specific ones you mentioned.
